2. Provision of the website

The hosting provider for the public website is Alfahosting GmbH, Edmund-von-Lippmann-Straße 13–15, 06112 Halle (Saale), Germany. When you access the website, your browser transmits technical data, in particular your IP address, the date and time, requested files, HTTP status, data volume transferred, and browser and operating system information. The address of a previously visited page (referrer) may also be transmitted if your browser supplies it.

This processing serves to deliver the website, ensure its operational security, analyse errors and prevent abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the reliable and secure provision of this service. The recipient is the hosting provider. Technical data is retained only for as long as required for these purposes. In the event of a security incident, necessary information may be retained until the incident is resolved and, where applicable, for legal proceedings. It is then deleted unless statutory retention requirements apply.

The provider’s information is available at Alfahosting privacy information.

3. Cookies, fonts and product catalogue

This website itself sets no cookies and uses neither Local Storage nor Session Storage. It contains no analytics, advertising or tracking services, no externally loaded fonts, and no embedded social media content. Graphics, scripts and product data are loaded from our own web server; fonts are supplied by your device. These technical requests are covered by section 2.

The product catalogue is displayed in your browser. No user accounts, individual usage profiles or personalised recommendations are created.

4. Links to app stores and other websites

Our website may contain links to Google Play and other publishing or download platforms. External content is not embedded automatically. Your browser connects to the respective provider only when you follow a link. The provider receives the connection data required for that request. Its privacy information applies to further processing, which may also take place outside the EU or EEA.

This policy covers the website. Apps released subsequently are subject to their separate privacy notices, accessible through the respective product.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the contact details and content you provide to handle your enquiry. An email link opens your email application; a message is transmitted only when you send it. This website has no contact form.

For enquiries concerning a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is responding to and appropriately handling the enquiry. Statutory retention obligations are based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Access is granted to the people handling the enquiry and necessary technical service providers. We delete enquiries once processing is complete, no follow-up questions are expected and no statutory retention obligations or overriding legitimate interests require continued retention. Business records subject to retention requirements are kept for the applicable statutory period.

6. Other recipients

Further disclosure occurs only where necessary for the purposes described, required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Recipients may include technical service providers, public authorities, courts and legal advisers.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable statutory conditions, you have the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.

Right to object under Article 21 GDPR

Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. Processing will then cease unless compelling legitimate grounds or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims justify its continuation.

Please contact code@primegeometry.com to exercise these rights.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

Under Article 77 GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the place of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. The competent authority for private companies based in Bavaria is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

9. Provision of data and automated decisions

You do not need to actively enter personal information to visit this website. Technical connection data is necessary to deliver it. Information provided when contacting us is voluntary; without the information needed to respond, we may be unable to process your enquiry. No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR, takes place.
